Apparently so. This is trailer for ‘Street Fighter: The Legend Of Chun-Li.’ There hasn’t been a Street Fighter movie I really liked yet, so I doubt this would either BUT the sexy Kristin Kruek (from ‘Smallville’) is playing Chun-Li. Watch the video below.

I’ve been doing a lot of thinking lately. First of all, I’ve been thinking about this blog. I’ve always been into webdesign and graphic design since middle school. That means I can make up my own layouts and graphic images. Using wordpress(.com) is way too limited for me. I seriously need an upgrade ASAP! Also, I’ve been thinking about the content. I post some of my favorite songs and videos, sometimes write about my personal life and post photos I take. Nothing is explicit about it. When I come here to post/write things, I feel like I should restrict myself… like I shouldn’t say certain things. I never (rarely) feel like that! To me, that’s strange. I think it’s the fact that I am unaware of my readers. I WILL get over that. Lastly, I’m even considering a name change! I just don’t LOVE it. It doesn’t stick to people’s head. I just don’t love it, and I feel like this site is a big representation of myself so I need something addictive and contagious ha! Because of that, I need to love my site name. Also, I will turn this blog into a WEBSITE with separate content, so you’re looking at more than one page (besides the categories). This should be very interesting yet also time consuming! Please believe change will not happen overnight, because that’s unrealistic.
For the past couple of years, I’ve always thought of ways to improve myself. Whether it was my schooling, eating habits, personal appearance–I knew I could always be better. I’m learning now it takes effort and time. In the past, I’ve always thought new year’s resolutions were pathetic and useless because everyone had these HUGE goals they knew they could never accomplish and gave up on the second week of January. Last year, my personal goals were to 1) get my high school diploma and 2) get my license! I’ve accomplished both within the year (actually finished school in December ‘07 but graduation was June ‘08). I felt like people were very doubtful and not supportive of me through my struggles. MOST people have their high school diploma and license BEFORE 21. That’s great, but that wasn’t me. I live on my own time clock and it was a huge accomplishment for me to attain both goals within the time I had planned. The unfortunate thing is that people won’t try to look through another person’s perspective and understand why a person feels a certain way about certain things. I never thought it was important to have a driver’s license–still don’t.
Anyway, I am rambling. Oh well, get use to it. So, here’s a list of my current resolutions of ‘09. These are some BIG goals and I feel confident that I can accomplish most, if not all before 2010 (in no specific order)!

I’m not sure what’s going on with all these trailers for MUSIC VIDEOS (oh and mixtapes, wtf?) but this one is of Trey Songz who is featured on a track by Rebstar whom I’m assuming is a rapper. The trailer shows off Trey’s acting and a hook. The trailer is actually pretty interesting and I’m definitely feeling Trey’s hook. Unfortunately, a look at Trey’s musical collaboration past tells me that the “main” artist Rebstar may not necessarily deliver. Anyway, watch it for yourself.

This song has been on repeat lately, and I just wanted to remind everyone what real good feel good soulful music sounds like. If you didn’t like Musiq’s last single ‘Radio’ (I did, haha!) you should enjoy this.

Yeah, guess I decided to go on a holuday break from the website. My bad. Photos and videos from my Christmas with my family will be up soon, probably tonight. I plan on making major changes this new year. I’m excited. Well, just wanted to let everyone know I’m alive and will be back in action! I hope everyone had a safe and amazing holiday. Peace!

Definitely one of my favorite tracks from N*E*R*D’s ‘Seeing Sounds‘, would be the (finally) newly released ‘Sooner or Later’. I love how this song is so mellow and chill and then my inner rock star comes out when the drums come on Pharrell goes “It’s overrrr! Leave it’!” Haha. Good shit. I’m not feelin’ those camouflage pants Pharrell was rocking, but that black light-weight jacket he was rockin later was pretty fly though. Oh yeah, Rob Dyrdek also makes a cameo at the end. Watch the video below.

Apparently, I forgot to show y’all my baby mama’s new music video so I figured I’d use it for my SOTD. Some of you may have already seen it, since it’s been out nearly a month I believe. I love Keri Hilson though! There is something about her style. She sexy. Plus, you can tell she’s an individual by the way she does everything. That dancing though? I know Keri Hilson can dance, but maybe choreography ain’t for everybody though? Haha naw I’m just playin’. Like I said, I like what she does because to me it’s always different. Check her out with Weeezy F. Bayybehh below.

Wassup everybody. I know it’s been fuckin forever since I’ve last updated. It’s only a couple of weeks until Christmas, so I’m tryna get every hour in possible at work. When I’m NOT working, I’m shopping. I barely even got any sleep this weekend, I mean… even less than usual! Basically, I’m tryna make money to spend it on others. See how generous I am? Haha. So, that’s what’s been keeping me occupied.
In other news, I’m still stuck on Brandy’s new album. Favorite tracks? Hella! Off the top of my head I’ma say ‘A Capella (Something’s Missing)’, ‘Piano Man’, ‘The Definition’, and ‘Camouflage’. I have yet to hear neither Common or Musiq Soulchild’s albums yet. When I listen to an album, I listen to it.
I have to say that lately I’ve been slightly distract and very much annoyed. There are things that people say or do and I tell myself, “fuck em, that’s what their purpose is in my life.” There’s only so much bullshit we should let slide. What important is that we stay true to ourselves. I feel like I’m a genuine person without bad intentions. When that negative energy is within me and I spread it is when I begin to remind myself to be cool. It’s not necessarily being the “bigger person.” To me, I’m being a BETTER person for myself because I know I’m not “evil” or… fuckin lame. So, if you’re having a bad week/month/year, fuck it and enjoy the good times. The holidays are coming up and we shall celebrate! Oh yeah and shoutouts to Keo who’s 25th Birthday will be going doooown this Friday! What are we doing? I have no clue, but it will be fun ha!
Lastly, it’s been especially cloudy in Stockton and I’m loooooovin’ it. I mean, I wake up hella cold every morning but when I look up it’s so beautiful that I don’t even care. Winter clothing is fly anyway, right?
