LeToya Luckett is back with her latest single ‘Not Anymore’ off her sophmore album ‘Lady Love’. I love the vibe of the video and the song is great as well. Honestly, I never thought of LeToya as an OUTSTANDING vocalist (although I enjoy much of her music), she always captures the feeling of heartbreak in her songs. Check out her album when it is released in June of this year.
Mid-April is Cambodian New Years and this year I spent time with family at the temple, drinking heavily and spending too many money on overpriced food at the booths. Beofore Sisqo went solo and multiple failed group comebacks, Dru Hill was killin’ the R&B game. A song which was an instant classic soon caught an even catchier remix with the help of Jermaine Dupri and Da Brat. I love when R&B artists REALLY sang over a beat which you actually can bounce to.
Friends. Whattup. Much has gone on in the past few weeks. Some events were very exciting, while others were not so much. Cambodian New Years was a few weeks ago. My family is currently house hunting which is much more difficult than expected. I’m learning the costs of automotive maitence. Your boy is BACK in the gym. Of course lastly, I’ve been spending waay too much money. You would know ALL of this if you are following me on Twitter. There are many things going on and I want to discuss and share them because I feel it’s affecting my health/well-being. 2009 has definitely been an interesting year and I’m willing to share.
